Information on personal data processing (in accordance with art. 13 of legislative decree 196/2003)

The data collected through this site will be processed by Dayco, LLC. The data will be processed by technical and/or sales personnel working in the data processing department.
Personal data supplied by the users who send requests for information material will be exclusively used to carry out the requested service and will be forwarded to third parties only if required for this purpose.
No users’ personal data will be acquired by the site in this respect.

PROCESSING PROCEDURES
Personal data will be processed with automated instruments, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which they were collected.
Specific safety measures are observed to prevent any loss of data, unlawful or improper use and unauthorised access.

The persons to whom the personal data refer, have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of these data, to know their contents and origin, to check their accuracy or to ask their integration or updating, or their correction (art. 7 of legislative decree 196/2003).
In accordance with this same article, the user has the right to request that any data processed in breach of the law be cancelled, anonymised or blocked, and to oppose, in any case, their processing for legitimate reasons.
